He is a third-generation realtor whose father and grandfather both sold real estate. Joe’s practice is anchored in NW Portland, covering zip codes 97229 and 97231: Bethany, Cedar Mill, Rock Creek, Forest Heights, Northwest Heights, and the West Hills.
